This week, SS Peter and Paul have been enjoying mindfulness week, where the children and staff have been encouraged to take time for themselves to ensure we are of a positive mental well-being.
Each class has created their own well-being area where children can use when needed.
Also, we have hosted a family yoga session and staff also participated in their own yoga session after school. With everything that is going on at the moment, it is important that we take time for ourselves.
