On Friday, Mr Griffiths and Miss Higgins took our children to compete in the Annual Catholic Football and Netball Event.

Our footballers, as in recent years, performed extremely well with some children representing the school for the first time. They finished 4th out of 7 teams. A fantastic result – well done!

Our netball players, who had limited match experience, improved with every match they played. They finished 6th out of 7 teams, which included an excellent win thanks to some great shots by Julia in Year 6. Julia then received a netball for her excellent play in the tournament. Well done everyone involved, and a huge thanks to parents for their support with transport and attending the event.
