Reception watched three of their butterflies leave the net and fly into the big wide world! They
have loved watching them grow and change from caterpillars.
Onb Wednesday, our Year 6 Pupils went on a trip to the Warner Bros Studios Harry Potter tour as a well done for completing their SATS but also to be used to support some of their upcoming writing in school!
Year 4 & 5 came together with the pupils at St Michael’s to lead a Feast day Mass for the Ascension #holydayofobligation
Today in school, the children have been joining in with National Numeracy Day! This is a day to help raise the interest of children in numbers and build confidence with Maths! Some of the activities today have been making a number rap, entering a competition to be a Number Hero and dancing along with Katya Jones and Number Block One!
Nursery loved their adventure through the silver gate and into the forest. We saw lots of trees, some bluebells and four ducks.

Well done to our Year 6 children, who sat their end of Key Stage assessments in Reading, Maths and Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar this week! We are proud of how much hard work they have put into their assessments this week!
The sun came out as we celebrated the King’s Coronation with a Coronation Brunch this morning on the school field! We all had a crown-shaped biscuit and some fruit. The children joined in the fun games led by our Play Leaders while music played – what a fabulous morning celebration for this historic occasion!
