Today, we had our magical May Procession led wonderfully by our Holy Communicants. We would like to thank the families who came and also Father Mark, who was able to come and share this with our school community as we crowned our Lady.
The school is due to have an inspection undertaken by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate on 17th and 18th April 2024.
Please see this letter from the Chair of our Local Governing body.

This morning, Mrs Byrne led a Stations of the Cross Prayer Service, where we reflected on the final moment of Jesus’ life. The children reflected in prayer whilst listening about each station.
Yesterday, we were treated to a spectacle from Year 6 as they shared their class assembly in school. They portrayed the story of Jesus through Holy Week, whilst showcasing their musical, acting and dancing talents! A wonderful performance!
Yesterday, Year 5 celebrated the feast day of their Saint Oscar Romero by having a class mass led by Father Alex and the children. Thank you to those that attended!
Yesterday, our Year 5 children went to St Edmund’s Catholic Academy to host a Liturgy in their school chapel. Their liturgy was about our mothers and Mary. They shared that no matter what our mothers will always love us.
This morning, we were visited by Jo Goulding from the charity Father Hudson’s Care to talk about the issue of homelessness and how we can support those who do not have the basic human right of a warm bed, clean water and food.
She shared with children how Tabor House can support those who are homeless and the impact that this has had one some people’s lives.
Children were then provided with ideas about how we can support Father Hudson’s Care Good Shepherd Appeal during the period of Lent.
We were very lucky to have a visit yesterday from Mrs Kehoe from Aid to the Church in Need, who came to speak to your children around the work that their charity does in helping refugees, but also how children from SS Peter and Paul can help live out our mission of service and support others.
