Pro rata 15 hours per week, mornings, Term Time Only.

We are seeking to appoint to SS Peter and Paul Catholic Primary Academy and Nursery an adaptable, enthusiastic and motivated Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to support learning initially in Early Years/Reception and be part of our dedicated team.

Work under the direction and guidance of teaching / senior staff to support individual pupils with complex learning needs.

Work under the direction and guidance of teaching / senior staff to support groups in their learning.
Work across the academy to deliver specific intervention programmes, for which training will be provided.
Assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.
You may also be required to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Develop good relationships with staff, parents, carers and other professionals.
Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our Academies
